👨‍🍳 Chef Spotlight: Response from Fuego Burger

This week, our hearts go out to Chef Carlos and the Fuego Burger family. After a recent violent incident at the restaurant, Chef Carlos is recovering and will be away for a couple of months while he heals. In the meantime, his wife and son are keeping the grill hot and the community spirit alive, serving up your favorite burgers with the same love and dedication.

The outpouring of support from Fort Worth Foodies has been incredible, but the family still needs us. If you’d like to help with Chef Carlos’s recovery and medical expenses, you can send support directly to his Venmo here.

Let’s show Chef Carlos and the Fuego Burger crew just how strong this community is—stop by for a bite, send some love, and keep the good vibes coming. Every gesture means the world to this family-run spot.
