Let’s give a huge round of applause to Chef of the Year, Alessandro Salvatore of Bocca Osteria Romana! Alessandro, who grew up between Texas and Rome, brings true Italian soul to Fort Worth with his family-run osteria. Every pasta is made from scratch daily (yes, daily!), and his cacio e pepe and osso bucco are already local legends. Alessandro’s secret? Recipes learned from his grandmother, a dash of Roman tradition, and a hint of Mexico City heat. Experience his culinary magic here.
